| The main motor equipment of Zhulinhu Pumping Station Project of Dujiatai Flood Separation and Storage Area of Hubei Province (Wuhan Section) has passed acceptance

On August 21, 2023, Wuhan Bilshui Group Co., Ltd. organized a factory acceptance meeting for the main motor equipment (4 sets of TL2500-48/4500 10Kv vertical synchronous motors) of Zhulinhu Pumping Station, EPC general contract project of Dujiatai flood Storage and safety Construction Project (Wuhan section) in our company. The participants mainly included Wuhan Water Conservancy Bureau, the project authority, Sichuan Yuanfeng Construction Project Management Co., LTD., the supervision unit, Hubei Water Conservancy and Hydropower Planning Survey and Design Institute Co., LTD., the design unit, Hubei Haochuan Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Co., LTD., the construction unit, and Wuhan Bishui Investment and Operation Co., LTD. The participants reviewed and listened to the factory acceptance data and related reports of the first motor of our company, and witnessed the factory test of the motor. After full discussion and review, the experts of the acceptance group gave a high degree of affirmation to the performance indicators and stability of the motor, and unanimously agreed to pass the factory acceptance.

Dujiatai flood separation and storage area is located in the east of Jianghan Plain, Hubei Province, which is an important part of the flood control system of the middle and lower reaches of the Han River and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. Its main task is to store excess flood in the lower reaches of the Han River and solve the contradiction between the upper reaches of the Han River and the safe discharge of the lower reaches of the river. In case of heavy flood, the Dujiatai flood separation and storage area also needs to undertake the task of storing excess flood of the Yangtze River, which plays a very important role in protecting the flood control safety of the lower Hanjiang River and Wuhan City. Dujiatai flood storage Area construction project is one of the 172 national major water conservancy projects determined by The State Council, and has also been included in the 150 major water conservancy projects that will be promoted from 2020 to 2022.

The river city of Wuhan, the intersection of two rivers, every flood season, the flood control work is a big test. In Zhulin Lake section of Wuhan Economic Development District, the Yangtze River and Tongshun River parallel to the east, forming a natural "diverting line". The main construction contents of Wuhan City include: Build and reinforce 106.73km of dikes, remove 5.15km of dikes, 115.23km of flood control roads, build and reinforce 42 dike crossing (river blocking) buildings, build a new Zhulin Lake pumping station installed capacity of 4×2500kW, design flow of 140m3/s, build a new Zhulin Lake flood diversion outlet of 360m, transfer roads of 41.41km, 15 diversion Bridges, one diversion dock. Four sets of TL2500-48/4500 10Kv vertical synchronous motors in Zhulin Lake Pumping station are provided by CLP Electric.


The motor has been tested by China Electric Motor test station, and the performance indicators are fully in line with the technical agreement and national standards. Especially in terms of vibration and noise, the indicators are much higher than technical agreements and national standards. Previously reached this level of the project also India FFC project, India PUdi2 project, domestic Liulaojian project, Huaiyin pumping station project and so on.


At the same time, the test data show that the temperature rise of the motor is very low, and the overload capacity is strong, reaching the level of excellent products.

In the large motor of water conservancy project, the CLP motor adopts the inclined groove technology in the technology, which effectively reduces the electromagnetic noise during electromagnetic oscillation and stable operation.


① Cooperate with Harbin Institute of Technology and Nanjing University of Science and Technology to further optimize the electromagnetic design scheme, improve the electromagnetic performance and reduce the electromagnetic noise at the beginning of the design;

② The stator core is designed with a new chute structure, and the number of slots is selected to reduce the sub-harmonics.

③ Improve the machining and assembly accuracy of the rotating part, improve the dynamic balance accuracy of the rotor;

④ By simulating the wind path, the cooling efficiency is improved while the wind noise is reduced.

⑤ Through the continuous optimization of the assembly process, the unevenness of the fixed rotor air gap is strictly controlled, and the harmonic amplitude is weakened by appropriately increasing the air gap.
