Acceptance of the maximum short-circuit test current 12kV/63kA, the performance indicators in the domestic and industry are advanced level.
Due to the wide variety of high-voltage electrical products and wide application range, there is no large capacity test system for high-voltage electrical appliances for mining in China. SCG-75-2-13.2kV-2100/1750MVA-50/60Hz is a cutting-edge product customized for the short duration and endurance test of various switches, circuit breakers, contactors, transformers and dynamic thermal stability test of cables.
Based on the rich experience in motor design and manufacturing, combined with the special requirements of different electrical short-circuit tests, the electric motor adopts the field-circuit coupling analysis and design method to conduct finite element 2D/3D modeling analysis of the system, and conducts finite element analysis and calculation of the electromagnetic field of the motor. At the same time, transient processes such as breaking test, short-time tolerance test and dynamic thermal stability test are simulated by building external circuits. The finite element analysis of the whole short-circuit test condition is carried out, and the analysis result is high precision, ensuring that the recovery voltage and other parameters meet customer requirements.
The short-circuit impulse generator has optimized structure design, large rotor inertia, light weight, low vibration and noise, and good modular design maintainability. At the same time, it has excellent electromagnetic transient performance and mechanical characteristics to ensure that the recovery voltage, TRV and frequency change after the breaking test meet the test requirements. The design value of the maximum short-circuit breaking test current of the single machine is 13.2kV/50kA, and the design value of the maximum short-circuit breaking test current of the double machine in parallel is 13.2kV/100kA.
