YR YRKS YRKK series medium high voltage winding three-phase asynchronous motor is a new product developed by our company, the new series of motor 6kV H355 to H1120 a total of eleven center heights, 10kV H400 to H1120 a total of ten center heights. The design and development of the series of motors adopts advanced calculation and analysis technology, coupled with the use of superior raw materials and advanced processing technology and equipment in manufacturing, which makes the series of motors have the advantages of high performance index, low noise, low vibration and high reliability. Series motor fully comply with GB755 "rotating motor rating and performance".
GB/T10069 "Rotating motor noise determination method and noise limit". GB/T10068 "Shaft center height of 56mm and above motor mechanical vibration, vibration measurement, evaluation and limits" national standard and related IEC60034 standard.
Basically refer to JB/T7594, JB/T10314.1, JB/T10314.2, GB/T13957 and JB/T10445 and other industry standards, but the power level has been extended, and the installation size of some shapes has been changed. The basic design of the series motor is a horizontal installation mode with foot (IMB3), and the working system is continuous (S1).
Under normal circumstances, the motor has three basic protection levels :IP23, IP44, IP54. The cooling methods of series motors are usually IC01, IC81W, IC611 and IC616. Series motors can be used to drive loads such as rolling mills, grinders, hoists, belt conveyors and heavy starting fans.
If the customer needs other forms of motor (such as: installation mode, protection level, cooling mode and voltage level), you can sign a special technical agreement at the time of ordering.
The frame of the series motor adopts the box structure of steel plate welding. Through the optimization design of the motor structure, the series motor has the advantages of good stiffness, light weight, easy installation, maintenance and repair. The rotor punching is made of silicon steel plate with low loss and high strength, which can reduce iron consumption and improve the efficiency of the motor. The insulation class of the stator and rotor of the series motor is F class.
The stator coil is a double-layer forming coil. After the stator core is pressed, the wire is inserted on the outside of the frame. After the coil is inserted into the stator core, the end of the coil is fixed with the end, and the end is plugged and bundled with the filler space, which increases the overall stiffness of the coil. After the indirect wire of each stator coil is completed, the whole stator wiring part is treated by VPI vacuum pressure dipping paint solventless paint. The processed stator inserts are finally put into the frame and welded and fixed.
The rotor core is hot sheathed on the shaft, and the rotor coil is embedded in the groove of the rotor core. The welding between coil and coil adopts advanced intermediate frequency welding process to ensure high mechanical strength and good electrical conductivity at the joint of each coil. The end of the rotor coil is fixed by binding. The rotor winding is connected with the slip ring after VPI vacuum pressure dipping. This type of rotor structure is particularly suitable to withstand the centrifugal force generated by rotation.
In order to maintain and maintain the slip ring part without disassembling the motor, the slip ring is generally located outside the frame of the non-shaft extension end of the motor. This external slip ring structure reduces the distance between the bearings, which can improve the vibration of the motor, reduce the installation space, and also avoid the carbon powder generated by the wear of the carbon brush into the motor after damaging the motor. The slip ring room is equipped with a cooling fan and a filter for collecting toner.
Standard design series motor using rolling bearing structure, according to the motor load capacity and speed selection of grease or thin oil lubrication, such as the user specified motor using plain bearing structure, according to the actual working conditions can be used oil ring self-lubrication, forced oil supply lubrication or a combination of the combined lubrication.
