The development of this series of motors adopts advanced design concepts to reduce the impact of starting current on the power grid. Meet a variety of starting operation requirements of the mill, full pressure starting, air clutch starting, frequency conversion starting. The motor has the advantages of compact structure, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, easy installation and maintenance, etc. It is a new generation of high-performance mill driving equipment.
TDMK series motor must use air clutch and mill connection, TM series motor has high starting torque, high pull in torque characteristics, motor and ball mill do not use air clutch and mill direct connection; According to the needs of working conditions, the motor can be selected with brush excitation or brushless excitation structure.
This series of motor rated voltage 6kV or 10kV, rated frequency 50 or 60Hz, rated power factor 0.9(lead). We can also provide similar products derived from other voltage levels, other frequency ranges and different power factors according to user requirements.
This series of motor uses full voltage direct starting. If the user''''s power grid capacity is not enough, the starting torque can also be used to meet the requirements of the case (such as: soft start).
This series of motor has the characteristics of compact structure, high efficiency, strong overload capacity, small vibration, easy installation and maintenance. The traditional motor with direct gear coupling structure has a large locked-rotor moment, so it is required to directly start the ball mill with a certain load, and the motor has a large locked-rotor current, which requires higher requirements on the user''''s power grid. The motor with the structure of air clutch connection has a through hole in the center of the shaft and a compressed air interface flange at the tail end. The motor has a small locked-rotor current and has low requirements on the power grid. The main motor adopts pedestal bearing, with bottom frame installation, and the bottom line of the motor.
The stator core is made of high quality silicon steel sheet, and the frame is welded with steel plate. The insulation grade of the whole machine is F. The stator windings are impregnated with vacuum pressure (VPI) technology.
The magnetic pole core of the rotor is made of high quality steel sheet, the magnetic pole winding is wound with copper busbar, the magnetic pole coil is insulated to the ground with integral scalding technology, and the single pole is treated with VPI vacuum pressure dipping, which greatly improves the moisture-proof and mildew proof ability of the magnetic pole coil. The magnetic pole is fixed on the magnetic yoke of the rotor support by high-strength bolts. The yoke is a steel plate welded structure, and the inner ring of the yoke transmits torque to the spindle through interference. The spindle of the motor connected with an air clutch needs to be perforated for the passage of compressed air.
