Description

ZTD series suspended low speed large DC motor is developed by our company on the basis of accumulation and production of ZD series large DC motor suitable for mine hoist DC motor. In the process of product development, the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad has been absorbed, and the armature adopts a suspended structure, which reduces the floor area and weight of the equipment, and achieves the goal of more perfect technical and economic indicators.
Because the system is simple and reliable, the mine hoist is widely driven by DC motor.
The installation type of the motor conforms to GB/T997 and adopts the code IM5710, that is, the installation structure with no rotating shaft, no bearing seat, bottom plate and sinking base.
The motor shell protection level conforms to GB/T4942.1, and adopts the code 1P44, that is, closed splash-proof structure.
The cooling method of the motor is in accordance with GB/T1993, and the code IC86W and IC37 types are used, that is, there are two types of sealed circulation ventilation with air water cooler and forced ventilation of the pipeline (IC17 and other cooling methods can also be used).
The motor has no shaft and no bearing seat, the rotor is directly suspended on the main shaft of the elevator, and the connection mode with the main shaft of the elevator is mainly with cone sleeve interference fit, hydraulic disassembly. It can also be used in other connection modes or with shaft structure.
The armature core adopts a diagonal groove to make the motor run smoothly at low speed and reduce magnetic noise.
The stator of the motor is made of movable type, which can move the stator from the axial direction, so that the armature is exposed and easy to repair.
An inspection window and door are provided on the end cover of the motor commutator to facilitate the maintenance of the commutator and the monitoring of the commutator spark. The motor lead wire is at the bottom of the end cover.
The mounting structure at the bottom of the upper stand is sunk - after that, the connection mode with the main shaft of the hoist adopts cone interference fit, hydraulic disassembly, other connection methods or independent shaft structure can also be used.
The motor core uses a chute to make the motor run more smoothly and with less noise at low speeds.
The stator of the motor is designed to be movable, which can move the stator from the axial direction, so that the armature is exposed and easy to repair.
