Description

YX3.0 series of high voltage and high efficiency cage asynchronous motors is a new general purpose series developed by China Electric Motor Co., LTD. (SEC).
YX3.0 series product frame number is composed of H355~H710, a total of 7 center heights; There are two voltage levels of 6kV and 10kV; There are a variety of cooling methods, and with different levels of protection, suitable for various applications.
SEC can provide the right total solution for all types of conditions, with products that are competitive and meet market needs. The YX30 series adopts a modular design concept, featuring excellent electrical parameters, low noise, durability and easy maintenance. Characteristics

Engine bed
The frame of YX3.0 series motor is welded structure. After finite element analysis and optimization, the motor has the advantages of light weight, good stiffness, beautiful appearance, scientific lifting point setting, and easy installation and maintenance.
stator
YX3.0 series motor insulation class is F class. The stator coil is a double-layer forming coil, and the main insulating materials of the coil are mica and glass ribbon. To avoid corona discharge, the groove is coated with a low resistance protective coating, and the coil end is wrapped with a high resistance protective tape.
The outer circle of the end of the coil is fixed by the end hoop, and the gap between the ends is tightened with filler, which increases the overall stiffness of the coil. The coils are connected by silver copper brazing. After the end of the coil is wired, the whole stator wiring part is treated with VPI vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint. The finished wired stator is finally installed in the stator frame and fixed with it.
Rotor structure
YX3.0 series motor rotor cage rotor structure, using induction heating welding and guide bar expansion process, as well as full dynamic balance verification, simple structure, reliable quality, can completely avoid the risk of high frequency vibration caused by guide bar loosening, to ensure that the motor in long-term operation to maintain good low vibration performance.
The rotor shaft material is selected according to the application requirements and the environmental conditions where the motor is running. The "squirrel cage" motor guide bar is selected as copper or copper alloy depending on the load and customer requirements. The overall stiffness of the rotor is good, and it can withstand long-term heavy load operation. After assembly, each rotor is dynamically balanced at maximum operating speed according to GB10068 mechanical vibration standard.
Rolling bearing
In general, the driving side (D end) is a fixed bearing, and the non-driving side (ND end) is a floating bearing. Bearings with a double ball configuration, one side of the ball bearing is pre-loaded. Plain bearings are usually designed as floating bearings and do not bear axial forces. Many different designs are available, such as oil ring self-lubrication, forced lubrication, static jacking, water cooling, insulation, and limit bearings.
Cooling mode

The motor can provide three basic cooling methods to meet the needs of different working conditions:
Air-water cooling (IC81W)
The motor is fully enclosed and equipped with an air-water cooler. A fan is installed on the internal shaft to create a ventilation loop inside the motor. The motor housing is dustproof and can withstand water spray in any direction.
